Where to Buy?
All yarn and fibre is available from our Etsy store, and all patterns from our Ravelry store.
Payments are accepted through PayPal only and at the time of purchase. PayPal is a safe and reliable payment provider. You do not need a PayPal account. Simply follow the instructions. If for any reason you are unable to pay immediately, please contact me before buying and I can reserve an item for up to 10 working days for you, with payment through PayPal when you are ready.
Yarn and Fibre deliveries will be made to the address given to me by Etsy. Please ensure this is correct as neither of us want parcels going to the wrong place. Patterns on Ravelry are automatically added to your library (or that of a gift recipient if this is what you have chosen).
I aim to dispatch all yarn and fibre orders within 2 workings days via Royal Mail from the UK. UK parcels will be sent 2nd Class, and International parcels will be sent via International Standard (previously called Airmail). If you do not receive your parcel within 10 working days in the UK, 20 working days in Europe, or 25 working days internationally from the date of dispatch please contact me. Patterns are by instant PDF download available through your Ravelry library.
All yarn and fibre buyers outside of the EU are responsible for their own Customs charges, and I will not make a false declaration. This includes European countries who are not part of the EU. UK and EU buyers are exempt from Customs charges. All pattern sales by EU buyers are inclusive of any VAT charged by your country and is automatically added by Ravelry.
Returns & Refunds
Yarn and fibre buyers have the right to cancel their order at any time and for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me within this time frame if you wish to do so. Return postage will be at the buyers expense and must be sent on either a tracked or signed for service. Any items for return must be done so in their original unused condition. You may examine an item to the same degree you would be allowed in a brick and mortar shop, but beyond that the item loses value and I cannot resell these items. As an example I cannot resell anything that have been exposed to smoke or has been partially used. Postage will not be refunded unless it is due to seller error.
Pattern sales are non-refundable.
All photographs put up are the best I can get to match on my monitor. Please bear in mind that all computer screens vary.
My household is a smoke-free environment. However I do have a cat, and whilst I try my very best to keep them separated, I cannot control every single cat hair. Please bear this in mind if you have any allergies.
All sales are subject to UK legislation, and by purchasing an item you acknowledge acceptance of this.
